I have a creative and refreshing approach to billing. Generally, I prefer to use alternative methods of billing such as project-based, task-based, or unit-based billing. These methods of billing emphasize client-value work and promote efficiency. When using this approach to billing, you will know exactly how much my legal services cost before I begin the work so that we can focus upon your needs rather than worry over timekeeping details.
I will also accept contingency fee cases in certain circumstances. When requested by the client or if appropriate, I will bill services by the hour.
I also encourage small businesses, organizations, school districts, and other frequent users of legal services to ask about “Legal Services Subscriptions.” This innovative and cost-effective arrangement sets a monthly fee for all of your legal questions, supporting research, and general counseling. Feel free to contact me with any questions about “Legal Services Subscriptions” or my other unique methods of billing.
In addition to accepting payments in person or through the mail, I accept payments for all services through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account and may use any major creditcard.
To submit payment for a specific legal service or a matter, please click on the “Buy Now” button (be sure to enter your invoice number from the invoice you received and complete the payment “Amount” field on the following screen from PayPal). (Please note that this button does not allow you to pay for a Legal Services Subscription. Please contact me to arrange a PayPal payment for your Legal Services Subscription.)
