In 2009, I opened my own law practice, leading a client-centered law practice catering to both individuals and small businesses on employment discrimination, civil rights, immigration, fair housing, and accessibility. I advocate on behalf of clients to resolve employment disputes, restore professional competitiveness, and remedy discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, disability, age, national origin, and other protected status, in Federal and State Courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and through mediation.

I advise corporate clients and organizations on fostering a diverse and productive workplace. I am a regular presenter to a wide variety of organizations on diversity, accessibility, and employment discrimination. I also serve as a civil mediator on many types of civil matters.
